You can register when you are placing a bid or at any time you are browsing the site. Registration is made simple through our 3 easy to follow steps. You will only ever have to register once and it is free. You will be asked to provide a valid credit card number, be assured all credit card numbers and customer details are held on a secure server.

On completion you will be given your own unique customer ID and a 4 digit security number.

Browsing And Search...
Great deals are never far away on our website. Here are two ways we suggest you find your bargain. Browse through the category list on the left hand side of the site. This can be fun because something could catch your eye that you weren’t expecting to find. Or use the search area, enter the product you are looking for and let our channel show you our range of auctions. You can refine the search by using the category drop down list.
Using the different styles of auctions
Once you have found the product you want to bid on click the “Place Bid” button as shown.
There are two types of auctions available for you to bid on; rising and falling price.
With a rising price auction you are advised to bid above the current price as the amount increases with every higher bid placed by rival bidders. Don’t get out bid!

On a falling price auction you simply choose to drop into the auction at the price you wish to pay, but remember everyone pays the lowest price - so even if you entered the drop at £20, if the price continues to fall and the auction closes at £2, everyone pays £2! It really is that simple.

Web bidders have the advantage of being able to pre bid on auctions that have not opened yet, giving you a head start on the competition.

The type of auction is indicated by the direction of the arrow as illustrated below. If there is no arrow that means the auction is in pre bid so get in there first!
 
Placing your bid and using a voucher
Enter your bid amount in the box highlighted below and click the “Bid Now” button.
On a falling price auction you just need to click the button, the bid amount is already displayed. If you have a speed auction tv voucher number, this should be entered before you place your bid by clicking on the link below the price and then entering your voucher number
Making sure your bid is correct and knowing when your card will be debited
If you have entered a valid bid you will arrive at the confirmation page… almost there! When you are happy with all the information click the “Confirm Bid” button. It is only at this point that you are committing your credit card being debited. If you are a winning bidder the value of your product will be debited from your card on confirmation of product despatch from our warehouse. However if you are not a winning bidder when the auction closes, obviously you will not be charged.
Thank You For Your Bid!
Congratulations you have just placed your first bid! If your bid was valid you will be presented with the thank you page. The page shows you all your bid details and gives you instructions on how to make sure you are a winning bidder. You can go back and place as many bids as you like on an auction if you are not a winning bidder. When the auction closes all winning bidders are notified by email.
